Radical Mexico gets off to a flying start.

The first two of twenty four cars ordered by Radical Mexico arrived at the Autodromo Hermanos Rodriguez circuit for a shake down on Saturday.

Radical’s Rob Wheldon and Mike Rowe were in attendance and were a little surprised to find 35 potential customers looking to witness the shakedown and keen for a passenger ride!
 
Erwin Richter and Rod McLeod from Radical Mexico sampled the fast SR3 after Rob drove the initial few runs. The invited guests were stunned into silence when Rob’s third installation lap was timed at 1:39.07 some 5 seconds faster than anything the Porsche GT3 Cup, Ferrari or Lamborghini could master.
Radical Mexico boss Tomas Contreras was understandably pleased. “The Radicals did not miss a beat and the thirty five potential customers all got a two lap passenger ride. I am working on organising the Radical Sportscars club in Mexico race series which will be presented to the media and guests in late February. The series will commence within six months.”
